I have significant board level experience developing the business strategy for new operational platforms and customer initiatives. Wide ranging experience across multiple corporate finance houses developing business models and strategic plans.
During the last 4 years I have been at the forefront of a complete business purchase and also played a pivotal role in the carve out of an MBO.

Fresh
I have extensive senior level experience in a highly successful and complex short shelf life fresh food distribution environment. Where time critical deliveries are paramount to developing and maintaining successful customer relationships.
My experience comes from a major supermarket background and working for major branded and own label manufacturing all the way through to board level strategic planning in the chilled food arena.

Sales
Commercial focus has been a major aspect during my long career in FMCG, from my first experience of direct selling, leading and coaching national account teams to managing at sales director level . I have significant achievement and a deep level of understanding of what good looks like.

I have had the honour and privilege to lead significant numbers of people in my career, from functions as large as 600 to small strategic focused teams on very specific projects.
